VCG members hail from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We pride ourselves in creating a comfortable environment and our organization's small size encourages a family atmosphere as well as transparency, inclusion, and lasting friendships.
VCG holds both formal events like retreats, alumni networking events, and professional workshops as well as more casual events like team dinners, rock climbing, and go karting!
VCG strives to ensure the success of all of its members in the professional world. All new members go through an intensive 10-week curriculum which thoroughly prepares them for challenges faced not only as strategy consultants, but also as leaders in the workplace. VCG members consistently work at prestigious internships, research positions, and full-time jobs at top companies year after year, and we provide all new members with the resources, personal guidance, and alumni connections necessary to achieve their career goals.
VCG engages in projects with companies across industries. Projects are selected based on member preferences, especially those of younger members. Students from all majors backgrounds are welcome to join as long as you bring a passion for learning and a desire to solve some of the most interesting issues in strategy & business today.
No prior business or technical experience is required – all you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
